SLJ-Mighty Mangroves
My Dad is strong because he can speak up for himself. He can lift a huge bunny hutch without dropping it. He never cries when someone hurts him physically or emotionally. He lefts lots of furniture. So he's really strong.

Kia ora Samantha,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Hazel and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey (SLJ) team. I’ll be helping Jordan out in Kootuitui over the Christmas holidays.
I think it's great that you have chosen your dad as your role-model. He sounds very strong (physically and emotionally; it's important to be able to speak up for ourselves). Do you have pet bunnies?
It's great to see you making such an awesome start to the programme - ka pai. I can see that you've already completed lots of our activities. Perhaps you could go back through some of your older posts and add some more detail and/or images? Every time that we use an image on our blog, it's really important that we tell our readers where we found it, and give credit to the owner of the picture. To properly credit a picture you will need to include a link to the site where you found the image.
Remember, some of the activities have the potential for bonus points if you've made a special effort. You can also earn bonus points for posting quality comments on the blogs of other SLJ participants.
Hazel :)
Hi Samantha
ReplyDeleteI really like how you wrote why you choose your Dad to be the toughest and I also like how you wrote of your family member your Dad must be super happy and same as you
Next time you could tell us what you had to do because some people might not know you were doing and you could decorate it to make your post stand out
This reminded me off this activity I think I picked my Dad too as far as I could remeber
Keep up the nice blogging :)
Mehakpreet :)
